Payment Rules

1. Full use of the service requires both an internet browser and an active internet connection. The payment recipient and game owner is:

2. Before making a purchase on our website, you must create an account. Once your payment is confirmed (for credit cards and supported online banking methods, this usually takes only a few seconds), the corresponding amount of treasura points will be automatically added to your account.
3. For every 50 PLN paid, you receive 1400 Treasura Points. The conversion rate may change during promotional periods, which will be announced on our website.
4. Treasura Points are a virtual currency used within the Treasura.online game environment. They can be exchanged for in-game items or services. The user does not become the owner of these items but only receives the right to use them. All in-game items remain the property of the Treasura.online server administrator.
5. The administration is not responsible for any loss of items.
6. Unused Treasura Points will be forfeited. Treasura Points are sent automatically once the bank confirms the transaction, and they are credited immediately after successful payment.
7. Complaints and refund requests may be submitted via email at [email protected] or through our forum. Each complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission.
8. If an account is blocked or deleted due to a violation of game rules, the user is not entitled to a refund or restoration of previously purchased Treasura Points or in-game items.
