Why can’t purchased points be refunded?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for purchased points. Virtual currency is a form of digital service which, once added and activated on your account, cannot technically be withdrawn or reversed.

This policy exists to preserve the balance and integrity of the in-game economy and to prevent potential misuse — for example, spending the points and then trying to reclaim the payment.

Each purchase also generates certain processing costs, and our Terms of Use, accepted during the checkout process, clearly state that all such transactions are final.

By following this approach, we ensure fairness for all players and help maintain the stability of the entire game system.
